new short block is it knocking?

Would anyone happen to know if this is a knocking sound that my motor is making??

the short block consists of the following:

B18C1 short block Weisco 9:1 pistons and rings stock bore supposedly
and stock ITR head

I've had people tell me the sound is coming from the head others say its knocking or piston slap

are they stock sleeves or aftermarket? where they honed to each individual piston? you have to hone each cylinder to the piston you are putting in that cylinder.

also, is this sound only when it is cold or all the time
