GSR definitely over an LS. Nothing holds a candle to the R

when i first got my R I had a 4 door LS as a daily driver...i miss that car. For a DD I would take a LS, but if the car in question is going to be your only car i would go with a GSR definately...there's no question about that one.

LS is a nice car, for sure, but the GSR is definitely up-town

GSR for sure. I own a 94LS, only because I couldn't afford a GSR and the insurance that came with it. Now I just swapped in a GSR motor (shhh don't tell the insurance company) and I'm content. However, I'm still on my ITR endeavour.

I would choose whatever is in better condition and better maintained.

GSR will have the stronger powerplant under the hood, though another thing you might check into is the insurance for you to drive the car... The insurance on a GSR is a lot more than the insurance for the LS/RS/GS/SE so you might check that factor out...

I have only owned one teg so far... But if I were to choose I would say GSR to have the power and options.
