question on wheel hp #s between n/a and f/i

question on wheel hp #s between n/a and f/i

well ive always heard that n/a motors dont need as much hp as turbo motors do to be as quick. well my question is how do you figure about what hp difference there is between a n/a car and a f/i car to be able to run around the same times.
