wheel hop

Post by typer rick »

The other day it was freezing outside so I took the car out for a run. As I got out my drive way I punch it. That's when it happend wheel hop I thought the tranny fell out the car. After all that I try putting it in gear and I coudn't it was so hard to go in gear. I brought it in to the dealer and they check it out for me. He first said it might be my spyder gears then he said it's the clutch. Everytime I drive the car under 3000 rpm it feels fine and when I drive over that it's hard to go in gear the clutch feels alittle stickey at times what do you guy's think.

Make sure you didn't break any of your mounts (especially the rear one)

I dont think it's the mounts but I will still check it. The car drives fine under low RPM's. It allso rev's out fine just the clutch stickes and it's hard to go in gear at high RPM. The guy at the dealer said it has to be the clutch well I'm going to change that soon and if it's not back to the dealer.
