Exhaust help

I am planning on getting a new universal muffler for my 98 type R. i already have the AEM CAI. I dont want a loud muffler. I knoe some mufflers are loader then others, and sometimes it just depends on the car. I know that on a prelude no matter what muffler, it is way to loud.I am planning with goin with this pro one muffler i found that has big canister and a long thick tip to reduce noise. It looks tight to. Any suggestions has to how loud it will sound?

The stock exhaust is actually pretty quiet on an ITR. You won't get any performance out of a Universal Muffler anyway.

I have a feeling it will be loud. I would rather do the whole exhaust anyways...2.25 or 2.5 catback with whatever muffler you want.
