What you using the car for? If nothing more than a daily driver with some occassional track use, don't mess with the OEM ITR suspension. It's very very good as is.

Konis are the shock of choice in this household (on every car we own)....and the choice for most of the Honda/Acura people we know....we road race though (but do use on daily drivers as well as track car), with Carrera coil-over hardware...

Konis and Ground Controls would be a good choice.

Just beware that on stock valved OTS Konis, if you go above 350lb springs, the ride quality is going to be terrible. This is what happens when your suspension is oversprung.

My roommate had OTS, stock valved Konis and 400lb Front/500lb Rear springs - the ride was absolute crap. VERY rough, bouncy, jarring.... just bad. If you plan to run rates above 350lbs, it would be wise to look into an entry level coilover or re-valved dampers.

But with 'street' rates - the Koni/GC setup would be good for your application.
