Yes. I was referring to the kind you see on the shelves which is what most people would get. Only us hardcore enthusiasts know about that German mix. Most who see Castrol Syntec on the shelf at wal mart would assume it was a synthetic because, well because it says synthetic. Too bad they market like that. :?

The German made stuff can be found at autozone in 0W-30 :)

So far so good for me... i'll be sending a sample out for analysis as soon as i get around to changing the oil.

Really? Never looked there for it....of course I've never looked for it at all, hehe. How much did it run you a quart?

Same price as M1 or the other Syntec.
