S2000 Antenna... Instructions how to install???

hey what up all, i been thinking bout the s2k antenna n will most likely get one to replace my stock antenna for my car, so do any one know how to install the s2k antenna to the integ, or have really good instructions to install the antenna? is it difficult or how difficult is it? is it a good idea for a replacement?

i had my stock antenna removed and replaced it with a Fuba antenna or the s2k style...i had my friend that worked in a garage did it for me....i was watching him did the whole thing....it looks easy if you have the right tools i guess...but he did in about 15 mins or so...not that long...
