rev hard stage II turbo kit

Hey guys, I just installed my Rev Hard stage II turbo kit about 3 days ago. Everything is pretty much going good except there is way too much turbo lag. I don't know 100% but I think that my ECU could be playing a part because it's a Mugen ECU w/VTEC eng.@4700 & fuel cut off @9100. The ECU is not made for street use and says for track use only. I was also wondering what size injectors would be best for this turbo and if Hondata is the way to go over AEM?
