Whose going

Post by ITR640 »

Who in the midwest is going to go to Expo 5? Im going to go and I would like to travel up there in a group. So since its still a little ways away we should organize this now.

How about a midwest caravan to the expo?

I was originally planning on gutting the R & racing the SCCA "T3" class of club-racing. However, they decided to leave the R in T2 - which sucks...no competition in this region.

ITA class - here I come!!!

finally registered

Post by Asian G »

Finally registered for the Expo. Unfortunetly this year I'm unable to race on the track. Just trying to keep da R safe until I get it paid off next year! But definently next year I'll be out on the track. But hey.....we (me & my lil Bro) going to the Expo this year. YEAH! Can't wait. Expo 5 or Bust!

Hey Budman, can you supply a list of general things to bring to the expo trip.....like stuff to have while were at the track, weekend....etc.....***not just beer only...lol..... or just give me a buzz on my celly and we'll holla. Just trying to prepare for a badass trip and experience!

Did you guys realize that you can click on the headers of the table on the Registration View page?

List of Students for Expo 5:
ITRCA Name Car State Run Group* Reg Status

These will reorder the names - click on "State" & it will put everybody together.

BudMan - who's bumming that more of the local haven't signed up to go to the Expo after all his work :(

I was pretty sure Andrew would come. Chris would have (RIP). I want a bigger contingent from this close to the expo.

Consider - it won't be this close to us for years to come...Go make the pitch to your buddies to come enjoy the show.

Besides - guests are eligible for door prizes too!!! We don't just get sponsors that care about the 70+ drivers, but EVERYBODY :D

Info from our Expo 5 web page: http://www.itrca.com/events/expo5.php

Hotel Info:The banquet facility is also the hotel facility.

With this, we will have a 10,000 square foot dining hall able to sit 500 people if necessary. Additionally, we will be able to bring a car or two into the dining hall as there is a garage door adjacent to the eating area.
Less than 20 feet from our dining hall will be a parking lot roped off for only our attendees.
A water source and hose will be provided for those wanting to wash their vehicles.
Another lot is available for bigger truck and trailer units. The facility is EXTREMELY easy to get to. It is very important to reserve your rooms soon! There are several other groups that will be holding functions on the same weekend.
Hotel Specifics:
Reference "Integra Type R Club of America"
Holiday Inn Central
3321 S. 72nd Street
Omaha, NE 68124
Rates: $89.00 / night for King/Queen/w-Doubles
$139.00 / night for Suite
Phone 402.393.3950
Fax 402.393.1670

You MUST mention you are with ITRCA to get the discounted rate
- Parking space for Trailers -

Camping Info:$25 / site / weekend event or a group rate of $350

Note: There isn’t a designated ‘camp site’.
Trees are scarce… who am I kidding, there aren’t any – we’re in Iowa.

Showering facilities are available.
Payment for camping will go through Wes Moore (White Dragon) prior to the event date.

- Parking space for Trailers -

Now - start talking to brian & brandson about shacking up in a room to save some dough... :D

Oh yea - Andrew:

I just ran down a guy in a white R Friday that had a note put on his window while at UMKC. He was freak'n out that you put the not there & I talked to him the very next day.

He was pretty cool. Hopefully, he'll shoot me an email.

Thanks for 'passing the word' of ITRCA.com :)
