Hi I need help on suspension... I recently bought an R...and i was wondering what shocks and coils(or springs) you guys like yourself...cause right now i have cheap springs that are no name that the person before me had on there...i was thinking of tein basics but before i buy them i wanted to hear some opinions on what you guys think i have about $800 to spend to keep in mind...thanks i hope you guys can help me out.

For separate springs, H&R, Eibach, or GroundControl would do the trick. Do you know what shock you've got? If they aren't matched up you could really have a mess...

I have recommend, tried and tested the Koni yellows coupled with H&R springs on the ITR and they work real good.
Remember, the OE suspension is factory-hardcore and to upgrade properly, you need to decide what you will do with your car or for what reason you are changing the suspension.
For most people, the stock set up is more than enough.

Before you get into AutoX, Find out what rules you want to abid by and don't. then look at what suspensions are out there.
Stock suspension kicks ass, and can be had for cheap with low miles, just keep searching the classifieds here and there.
I live in NYC and would not use anything else but stock around here... I could not see bending a $1000 +suspension on a fuggin pot hole.
