Just wondering if it is allowed, and if anyone has any experience with the issue......... Seems that all the itr's around my area are beat, or owners are asking too much for them.

Everything is possible - its just money
Even US spec cars have to conform to Canadian DOT rules
changes among others are changing over to km from miles, headlight specs, sideimpact rails, tires have to have DOT approved Numbers, etc
Just contact your nearest Canada Customs office or check their website
Of course duty, sales tax, GST and broker charges are applicable, plus the cost of shipping
