Oil Change

Hi all:
i recently bought an ITR 99 model and was thinking of change the oil by myself.
are there any suggested brand and types of oil which can give the car a better performance??

Most ITR owners will recommend what they use , regardless if it is good or not. Go to Honda-tech and you will see.

My ITR has 150,000km and it has seen many Synthetic oil in it. Presently, I am using Motul 300v and I have found a few qualities the others have not provided.

I use Bosch filters and my motor is just fine.

In the end, use the best oil you can afford and change it frequently.

Cannot tell you how it works in the Acura. Just bought a 92 R recently.
