16" wheels vs 15" wheels

I was planning on buying new 16" wheels to replace my stock 15".
Will there be any major performance difference??Will it be better of worse??

I'm not selling any car???
I was gonna buy new 16" racing hart CP-035 rims, or should i get the 15"
ones???
Is the size difference that much of a difference on performance??
besides the weight?

15 inch wheels have a much better choice of tires, 16s are limited.
