Hi folks

Im thinkin to lower my R.

wut kindda spring I need? my friend got a set of spring for 99 integra GS,

r they gonna fit on my 99 R?

ls springs are not the same, H&R sport is the way to go

you gonna need shocks too :wink:

and the sport one are nice but if you like it stiff...go for race :)

Koni Yellow. Many of us have that on our ITR. You can adjust the height and the compression. I put back my stock spring and lower my car with the chock adjustment. The ride is just fine.

GS springs are not ideal but can be made to fit. If you want to keep the great characteristics of the ITR but in a lowered form....the H&R are the way to go.

We have them on sale this month at Trac. gimme a call. you save the tax too!

oh yeah....Konis are the way to go if you drop it.
