best cams for the integra type r? and few other ?s

whats youre opionions on best cams for the integra type r?
also what do you think is the best compression to shoot for with the type r?
opionions on best internals for an r like valves, retainers, pistons, rods, ect....
i pretty much have my mind made up on what im doing but want to get opionions from everyone else who already have these parts so i can find the ups and downs of certain brands.

If you own a Type R, you already have the very best of camshafts that money can buy. If I were you, I would focus on other performance improvements first, do the cams last. Save your money.
