Color differences

Post by Crumb Snatcher »

I'm a newbie so please pardon my lack of knowledge. I'm picking up a black 01 ITR on Tuesday. What is the name of the color black for the 01 ITRs? Is it Nighthawk Black Pearl or Flamenco Black Pearl? What is the difference between the two?

00's are FBP, 01's are NBP

I have and 00, under sunlight from certain angles, the finish has a very slight bluish tone. I've never looked at an 01 up close.

Summary: Black is Black... :)

I was going to say the same thing. I had an FBP Si and my wife had a NBP Accord. In the sun, my car had noticeably more blue flake in it.

Thanks for all the input. I saw a Flamenco side skirt in the parts classified section and was just wondering if it would color match my soon to be Night Hawk Black Pearl ITR.

Id say it would be close enough to not matter. I have looked at them both many times and cant tell any difference. Most people I thought usually say NBP has more "blue" in it.
