if your going to stay witha 11.5/1 on a turboed r i would darton sleeve that thing because there is a likely chance that you will push that bitch right threw the block stock sleeved but still a lower chance darton sleeved but if you dont i would sugjest 9.0/1 compression.

My Current setup is

Crower Stg 2 turbo cam, cam gears, crower valve train, crower bottem end, je 9.0/1, darton sleeved running 14psi street 25psi race ecu managment s300 hondata

Personally, at 5psi I don't think the sleeves are going to be an issue. That is very low boost. On the brighter side you will be hitting full boost very early in your RPM.

My R used to be turbo charged. I had a Full-Race Stage 3 kit with a T3/T67 turbo and was still hitting full boost at around 4800rpm. :o

If you don't drive like an idiot, the sleeves should last quite a while. There are people running more boost on stock compression who have had their engines last almost 100k miles.

It will always come down to how well it is tuned. Spend money on a quality tuner!
