anyone lower the seat rails in their type R for more room?

I'm 6'6" and I will need all the room I can get... I see that spoon offers lower seat rails for the JDM seating... but is there a mod I can do to the stock seats when I get my car? I want to be comfy but have the room to move around... I'll get the JDM seats eventually but i'd rather not have to spring for them right off the bat...

You're a big guy...my dad's the same way. do you also have trouble getting in and out of the car...since it's kinda low, and you got long legs? Anyway, my point here is, if you lowered your seat rail, and your tall, it'd be even more of a hassle to get in/out of your car...don't you think?

dont you think its worth it? I have only sat in GSRs so far and its a little tight with Knee room but I Dont care... I want a Type R... even if its only for the summer I want to drive one and see what its all about... I'm sure i'm gonna love it... I mean look at the specs... where can I find another car thats so bad ass for this much cash..?

I know the recaros will sit me lower, i'm just wondering if a seat rail mod is possible and how...

The JDM recaro will seat you HIGHER just to let you know.

type R seats sit lower then GSR seats do too

woohooo... then I wont have to spend an extra $1,000 on Recaros to fit... hehe... thats exciting...

Is there a mod I can do to the stock seat rails to sit lower? I would hate to go with shells because it will be my daily driver...
