After a long wait...
I'll be mounting this on the R tonight, I plan on using it for many reasons but the main one will be to tow all of my track gear to future track events like ITR Expo 6 :D

and to take my friend's jet ski to the beach, I just hope that I don't get stuck in the sand or slide down the launch ramp

Thank you Rene, I'm happy :!:

good luck with that. A friend of mine uses a trailor on his S2k for tires and tools for autox events. I still smile to myself when I see such a cool car towing a trailor.

Jsut out of curiosity, What is going on the trailor?

I will have to show you my autox setup sometime.....

But it's going on my hatch. :)

I couldn't deface my R like that - while adding weight! *shame*

Items like tires, tool box, jack, grill, fluids, and camping gear. With all of this stuff out of the car it will make it easier to find and change things when I get to the track. For now I'll be renting a small trailer from a rental place but I plan on picking up a setup like this : Image In a couple of months.
I just need to save some money first.

Adding weight... Well it's a thing I'd prefer not to do but when I carry 800lbs of crap around in the ITR, Not to mention the damage I keep doing to the interior. I think the 20lbs of the hitch outweighs the cons on this matter.
Besides If I balance the load right on the trailer, I might save the suspension for more un-needed wear.

Check the fit on your car it should line up with the two large holes allready behind the bumper supports.
