The 2004 Northern California Endurance Series Champion and 2004 Western Endurance Championship 2nd place winner, Acutech Racing, is teaming up with Hankook Tires for the upcoming NASA 25 hour Enduro Race in Thunderhill. Pacer Sport Forged Wheels, Jdmtheory.com, Opak Racing, GoGogear.com and Koni Shocks currently sponsor Acutech. Ali Arsham, Niki Tam, Richard Reeves, Gordon Pun and Dave Brown will drive the DC2 Type R.
Hankook Tires, one of the largest tire manufacturers in the world, offers a full range of passenger, hi-performance, and light truck & SUV tires. Hankook Tires is also a major sponsor of the US Touring Car Championship and the San Jose Grand Prix.
JDM theory, a direct importer of new & used Japanese OEM and aftermarket parts, is the engine supplier of the Acutech / Hankook racecar. Jdmtheory.com is one of the most reputable sources of new and used Japanese parts on the Internet.
Pacer Sport is one of the largest manufacturer of lightweight forged racing wheels and will provide the wheels for Acutech / Hankook racing team. The super lightweight of their forged racing wheels will give an advanced edge to Acutech / Hankook racing team.
This will be Acutech Racing second trip to the 25 Hour at Thunderhill, which will be held at the challenging Thunderhill Raceway Park circuit in Willows, California on Dec. 3 and 4, 2005.
During the race, the team is expected to cover a distance of nearly 2,000 miles, make 17 pit stops for fuel, tires, and driver changes, and use approximately 200 gallons of fuel. The Thunderhill’s challenging road-racing circuits, twists and turns over the rolling hills of Northern California and 14 hours of the event will be in the early winter darkness.
The NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill Presented by the U.S. Air Force is considered the most extreme and severe endurance race on the planet. Professional teams from around the world gather for this event to claim the title of finishing and winning "The 25." Which tires are you using? Z214's? How do you like those? I've had a lot of luck with mine, I like them better than the Toyo RA1's anyway.

(Edit, not sure if you are driving or crew, or just sponsoring..)
