Me.

These are estimates until I get the car retuned in the spring.

14psi --> ~330-350whp
20psi --> ~390-430whp

I hope :shock:

:raises hand:

I just recently picked up my first ITR, which happens to be Turbo.

Specs:

Inline Pro manifold
Precision SC34
Tial 38mm
Blitz Intercooler
Blitz headgasket
Blitz BOV
Blitz Nurspec Exhaust
Blitz FATT
Greddy Oil Cooler
JG Edelbrock manifold
Hondata S200B, which I will be selling REALLY soon for a Neptune
AEM UEGO gauge
C&R Civic radiator
IC and EXH piping done by DOHC Garage of Socal (RIP JON TANJI)

Car dyno'ed 310+ whp @ 11psi with Church's

I am not going to run 11psi, instead, 7psi. I think 7psi is enough for me for the street, anything more is just asking for trouble. :)

Goal: Be as efficient as possible with 7PSI.

Are people getting smart and not boosting to blow up? (cheap shot at ChrisF)

I know of a semi-local R that is going boost soon... I'll let him chime in, I don't want to spoil (if any) surprise)

I'm back I used to be ITR41 or BoostedITR41 here.

Recently went to a new set up and made 401whp 260wtq on pump and 14psi. goin to put some race gas in and go for 550 or so.

have about 7 passes in the car and went 12.004@125mph on street tires in the power street class at the NDRA event at MIR last weekend.

If you go to any NDRA events look for me I am goin to as many as my budget allows

low boost

Post by SerGTR »

I ahve a Q? What would you ppl consider as a safe boost? I mean boost, amnt of psi that won't really put much wear on motor and will add some good power (make car of 210whp - 250whp total)

pretty much. it is all a matter of seat time though. I just want a race gas tune so it makes some serious power.

I will assume you had slicks on since you went into the box. Also if your runnin slicks, and have already upgraded your clutch. DUN, DUN, DUN... Your axles are the weak point!
