Need Help In Buying Type R

Hey everyone, I am pretty convinced in buying this Type R. Brokenhearted made a good point about the engine bay being discolored from an oil leak or some sort. So I was hoping you guys/girls can give me some tips or advice on what other reasons the discoloring is from. Thanks :D

Maybe it's just dirty? I've had oil leak after oil leak, no discoloring. It could be from heat/fire, check out the hood to see if the original stickers are still there.
