jdm type r steering

i just installed the 96 jdm type r steering wheel and i was wondering how do you get the SRS light off. i tried to pull the fuse out and took off the negative for about a half hour and this didnt do anything at all, the light still comes on and stays on. what should i do ???

and on this steering wheel the horn doesnt work does anyone have any ideas???

Pull the bulb from behind the gauge cluster.

Do you have the SRS or non SRS...i have the one without airbags...I just didn't plug it back..also you have to ghetto rigged for the horn to work...one of my friends did it for me...took him 30 min.

How easy is it to do this swap, and how would you rig the horn to work afterwards, any suggestions, anyone?
