Details are he didn't have any hose clamps, so he didn't bring the parts home with him.
Weather's pretty shitty here anyhow, we'll tackle it tomorrow I guess...

It's definitey got a firmer pedal, and more pedal travel than it has, so that's a good sign.

Every time we bleed the system, it's fine for a few hours. After the car sits over night the pedal gets soft again.
We're going to pick up yet another new master cylinder and try that.

Nope. We tightened the nipple on the clutch mc that the hose attaches to, put a new hose on and reservoir cap.
I don't know if we just have a bad master or if air is still trapped somewhere in the line. We're going to order a new mc from Honda and send the Omni in for warranty work. We'll see what happens....

Is it possible you have a leak there? Did you try using some plumbers tape on the threads?

We did not use any thread tape there, I suppose that might not be a bad idea. We did add some thread tape to the bleeder on the slave, just as a precautionary.
I'll go by the garage tonight and see if there's any leakage from that area tonight - I was too pissed off this morning...
