Sorry to hear man.......... I wish the car was closer to me, I'd stay with it until the damn thing worked! I thought about this problem alot and am almost 100% firm that there is air in there. I am ruling out the clutch/pp.

If there is any condensation/liquid anywhere, thats your problem. I didnt know you had a Omni CM, not familiar with there products but you cant beat OEM. You have your stock one lying around? King have one lying around?

I think we have a teg at a local junk yard, I can go see if the MC is still in tact if youd like? I know throwing money at the car is getting on your nerves....

We're going to get a new OEM one from Honda. The problem started with the oem clutch mc that has been in the car since I owned it. The Omni unit was new, but we're not ruling out that it could be defective.

One of the mechanics at King has the vacuum bleeder that hooks up to an air compressor, so we'll use that to bleed the system the next time.

Not a problem.

You might want to try some tape while your waiting on the part. I know aftermarket parts dont usually seal as well as OEM.

Maybe I'll give that a try tonight. It would be nice if the car was driveable for the autocross event on Monday....

Yep, they usually always have an event on Memorial Day as well as on Labor Day. I haven't been able to make any of the events this year yet...

Well good luck with it. You should somehow have a live feed to the garage while you work so we can all be there shooting you ideas!

Looks like the plan has changed slightly. We're going to grab another new Omni Power clutch mc from the shop and install that this weekend. Maybe the seal was bad from the beginning...

Well, we were going to give it another try last night, but it was pouring rain out. We're going to do a new clutch MC tonight and then bleed the system using one of these:

Hopefully that will work for ya! You wont be disappointed bleeding the system with that! Great tool to have. Are you using an OEM MC or another Omni?

Going to use another Omni unit. The short time I have been able to drive the car with the Omni unit in, I really liked it. Plus, it's already paid for, and I don't feel like throwing another $100 at the car.

I really just think we haven't bled the system well enough, so hopefully that bleeder will give us the suction we need. *crosses fingers*

I agree, just curious. I've never seen anything of Omni's up close and in my hands.

When myself and the Honda mechanic use that pump, after you pass some fluid through the system we both let it gravity bleed for a couple of seconds until it starts coming out smooth.

Gravity bleed? You mean just leave the bleeder screw open and let fluid drip out?
