Hi, I have a SS on my ITR. When I was in the shop last week the tech told me the SS is hitting the resonator. What is the best way to fix this? Some say I don't need a SS on the ITR anyways. Suggestions? The contact is more noticeable when I have passengers in the car. It is lowered, and I plan to raise it 1" or so. Thanks

You could take a hammer and dent in the exhaust a tad where its hitting, or go back to stock, or get one that works!

Well, will have a look tomorrow. I got the car a month ago. Not sure what the SS is. The exhaust is Mugen cat back twin loop.

I would cancel out putting a dent in that exhaust.

Ditch the short shifter.

So does mine, you wont stop it unless you put some heat shield above the exhaust, and even that isnt gonna help too much.

Bigbadboss sold his car awhile ago.
He bought the car from our friend here in Edmonton, then sold it shortly after
The car is actually the one that's in the pics with my R.

I had a few trade offers but decided to keep it. It's more unique than the others, and should hold it's value better. Long term I would like a family car

My shifters never get hot, and I've removed all of the exhaust heatshields.
Titanium exhausts FTW!
