If you want to shoot it to me in a PM I'll keep it on hand just in case, but between us trying to figure the problem out here and 4 mechanics at King, I really don't know what else anyone could come up with that it could be.

I think I'm going to start designing a permanent bleeder system that I can operate from the driver's seat.

Already done man. Just another avenue for suggestions. he's been working on cars/honda's for years. Maybe he'll suggest something not yet suggested.

I'll give him a ring when I head out for lunch. Certainly can't hurt to pick someone else's brain about it.

I've tried 2 brand spanking new Omni Power masters. I just snuck out of work for a minute to run up the the Acura dealership for a new OEM unit.

No kidding - that's more than 1/2 the cost of a brand new Mugen intake.

Never know dude. I know it seems strange, but I've had 2 OEM chevy trans's do the same thing. Works, then down the road it doesn't. Replace with new trans, works, down the road it doesn't. Keep your head up for now.

What's really weird is that each time I have to bleed the system, I attach the hose, build up some pressure, open the bleeder screw and close it back up after *maybe* 10 seconds of bleeding, and it's good to go again for a couple hours.

Anyone know the purpose of the little floating disc in the reservoir tank? I do not have one.

I always thought that was supposed to prevent air from being sucked into the system. but I'm not positive.
WTF happened to it?

That's what I figured it's for. No idea what happened to it, it hasn't been there since I owned the car.
