The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.
The fight is still alive in me. There are just some things in life that should be taken seriously. I have seen some horrible things in the few years I have been alive. I have seen people suffer, suffering I dont wish on my worst enemy. If I can help out anyone I will! (hopefully all of you know that) I hope people wont take advantage of my help, some do and they will not recieve it ever again. I dont forget the people that have tried/succeded in screwing me. But I'm always willing to help anyone out!!Jon D wrote:you know Jim... you look like you could wreck some shit from the outside, but j00 just a big old Teddy Bear on the inside eh? I guess i am quite similair, very sensitive towards others and the issues and problems they deal with. I think that started when i worked at soup kitchens in Baltimore when i was a young pup. So sad what many people in the world are going through. I consider myself very fortunate, and extremely blessed.
I havent "wrecked shit" in quite awhile. But when I did, I wrecked it pretty good!!!
you know i have been taken advantage of my whole life, i just have a hard time saying no. Or i guess an example would be the meet i had. I paid for everything bc i simply couldn't accept money from people. Thats just the way i have always been. I am really glad that turned out to be a good time. Everyone seemed to have really enjoyed themselves and i hope they will come back.

You guys weren't around in '02-'03 on H-T. I amassed most of the 12k posts I have on H-T in the 2 years I worked for the federal government. When I have nothing to do, I make post a lot.Dave B wrote:I know, Reid = super typer. I've never seen so much of him before. I bet he just looks at HT for his report to mod PM's and hangs out here.
Today in particular, I'm waiting for my friends to wake up so I can play basketball.

I'm the exact same way man. I'm always the one people go to for anything and everything and I love that. My world pretty much revolves around helping the people I can. All I really want for myself is my car People take advantage of me really way too often. I'm fine with it. Its expected when you live in the position of offering help to pretty much anyone in need. Its just a shame that that has to be such a common expectation and occurrence.walker111 wrote:The fight is still alive in me. There are just some things in life that should be taken seriously. Well down here in FL it's hot and humid as hell. I think it's like lower 90's right now with about 75% humidity.Jon D wrote:how is the weather where everyone is at? Its simply gorgeous outside in PA today. Monster white puffy clouds, blue skies, and the temp is about 78 degrees. Absolutely wonderful

About the same here. Its gorgeous out. I took an hour lunch from work today to go eat a bunch of nice fresh food on a friend's new deck at her new house. It was pure bliss.Jon D wrote:how is the weather where everyone is at? Its simply gorgeous outside in PA today. Monster white puffy clouds, blue skies, and the temp is about 78 degrees. You may not be able to speak or spell, but you sure are good at finding the underlying message.Dave B wrote:Erik95LS wrote:About the same here. Its gorgeous out.
