I just realized that other than a little bit of ice cream last night and cough drops I haven't eaten anything in 3 days.

How much water is a healthy person supposed to drink per day?

I drink at least a case of bottled water a day. One case has 24 one pint bottles in it.

isn't it like 8 glasses a day (each glass being roughly 12 oz)? I think thats what they generally say. Thats alot of water Reid.

I drink quite a bit, but nowhere near that much. I also have a weakness for Coca Cola I'm trying to reduce.

I'm here, and I have 3 day weekends every week so a 4 day doesn't really mean anything to me. I'd have to work monday anyway so whay not tuesday as well?
