YES one big thing... when you hit someone with 200watts of Yellow they tend to move much quicker then with standard high beams. 8)

But as for weather and such, not really. It just looks cool

OMG Yes!

on a rolling hill, when on top will light up the entire area to the next crest of a mile or 5 away. Amazing amount of light!
I'm not sure if it's the yellow or the power but in rain, heavy rain they seem to penetrate really far.

Honestly, I think the PIAA's I had in there before are brighter. But I like the light that these put out! Its much easier on the eyes. Do you know if high beams and low beams are interchangeable?

Did you get the 100wt each bulbs? then I doubt any thing with less wattage will be brighter.
Get on a dark road that has not light and click them on or pull behind a cop and click them on and ask him if they are bright enough for a ticket    (please don't)

as for interchangable, not really but I have heard of 9005 bulbs bases being filed to fit in 9006 housings.

lol....

I still think the PIAA's I had in there before were "brighter" but I def prefer the yellows better. The ouput is easier on the eyes and they light up the whole road very well. I can also see when other cars are approaching ahead better, you can see the different shade of light enter the yellow. All in all I am happy with them!
