Ok , so I got my car back from the shop today ( new clutch and flywheel)
My Q is whats the break in time and conditions? Is it better to do highway driving , stop and go driving, low RPM?
i just finished mine up too, new clutch/flywheel, accordin to my instructions that i got it says to drive it easy for the first 750miles, city drivin is better since its stop and go. Its just like new brake pads and rotors, u want the 2 sufaces to nicely and properly introduce themselves to eachother!
When I broke mine in I did 250 real easy then 250 med and I was done. It lasted a very long and abusive life til one day in FL on the way to Dave's house

Keep me posted on how you like it
exedy stage 1 with fidanza flywheel weighted at 8.3lbs. im kinda still breaking it in now, but it feels alot softer than my previous act heavy duty pressure plate with 6 puck race disc and spoon flywheel. i just needed something cheap for now to get my car back on the road, im plannin to get the act setup again, as i dont feel the exedy stage 1 will hold up to my track days next season.

Did not see your question til now, sorry.
Anything that lasts more then 15,000 miles in my book is a good part, I drive the crap outta my POS each time. But I think I had over 20,000 on that clutch
