I think I found a way to make my photo's more "vivid" in color

Also, Jim. If you look at page 49 then you'll see the setting for white balance in direct sunlight

I knew where that was. In fact I even told you where that was....

Another question or two.

1 Do we have a setting to take pictures in black and white?

2 On my friends Canon PS he has a setting to take a picture with the main object in color and the background BW, do we have a setting like that????

No and, because #1 is no, I would presure #2 is no. I have seen pics that look like that, but always thought that was a PS thing.

That's cool that his camera actually has a setting for that. What model Canon is it? I'm sure it's not an XT or D20, probably more expensive/exotic than that.

Its not an slr, its a point and shoot. Dont recall the model.

Hrm. That's cool. Some of those P&S camera have quite a bit of features. The BW issue was the only thing that almost made me get the D70

Well B&W is easy on any kind of photo thing. PS and Corel both have a B&W button...
