Aren't nearly all of the DC2 oness gen2. I thought gen1 was like the EK airbox.

The G1 looks almost "bolted together" at the air box, whereas the G2 is more rounded and flush. I've seen both on ITR's.

This is the first gen. It may have originally been for DCs as well, but its now just an EK piece. then Gen 2/current one has been out for at least 6-8 years.

See how the top of that one has a "bolted" air box kinda look...

This one is more flush/rounded.
