IMO and i am sure Edwin will agree, there is no comparison with OEM HIDs. If you are going to spend $300-500 on an aftermarket HID kit, i would piece together an oem set-up and have a retrofit done on your headlights. If you are interested in HID retrofitting check out http://www.hidplanet.com and http://www.customlightz.com . Please pm me for further questioning you may have. I'd be glad to answer any questions you have.

I did the dirty work for you... here is the link to G3 ballast and D2S Phillips bulbs. All you would need is a set of projectors and you will be ready to roll. http://www.hidplanet.com/ballasts.html

awww if you posted earlier  . I've notice the OE HIDs are alot brighter but we'll see how bright the Techones are. Question- So I would have to Buy the OE KIT and the TSX/S2000 Projectors so the OEM bulbs can fit?

you'd need a set of projectors from i.e. TSX, S2000 etc.. the bulbs, ballasts and ignitors.

then either have a professional i.e. http://www.customlightz.com retrofit them into your headlights.

or if you have the time try a DIY project.

How much better than stock would you say these are? (I hate my headlights, useless)

Also, any New Yorkers have trouble passing NY inspection with any sort of HIDs? Yeah, I've heard its against federal law to install them on cars that didn't come with them, but it's seriously a safety issue, I could care less about looks.

Man been forever since I had a car registered in NY.

*Can't remember anymore*

Damn Cali laws are tougher and I don't think we have anything against HID's here.

http://www.mod-express.com Read about it. Depends if you just want HIDs for Looks or Brightness. I would Def go for Retrofits for brightness. These Techones are pretty decent, way better than stock.
