Koni Yellow Shocks
I am about to purchase a set of Koni Yellow shocks for my ITR. I am currently on stock itr shocks and springs and have built a turbo motor for the car. The stock shocks aren't gonna cut it, I am gettin wheel hop like crazy. The car is making about 500whp and I want to know what coilovers would be best for these shocks. I don't want springs because I will have to raise the car often to fit the slicks. I want the car to ride nice like stock because it is a daily driver but I don't want wheel hop. Thanks in advance.
Well you posted this in the "Drag Racing" section, but say its your daily driver. So I will assme you drag this on the weekends at the track right?
If that is it, then a full drag racing suspension setup wont work. Nor will a str8 up street setup. You will want something fully adjustable (ie. ride highth, dampening, ect.) My best advice... DON'T buy the Koni Yellows!
Get a "True" coilover setup, and in the long run you will be happier, and wont have to throw out the Koni's and replace them with what I suggested anyhow.
