again: fuel pressure regulator
again: fuel pressure regulator
Is it worth the money?? I've just an Icebox and a comptech exhaust on my ITR. Do u feel something? Otherwise I spent the money for new rims
With those mods? No, you don't need a fuel pressure regulator. An FPR is designed for a normally-aspirated build-up or some kind of forced induction since it increases fuel flow to meet the extra fuel demands.
Getting an intake/header/exhaust will actually have you running rich and you want to do the opposite of the purpose of an FPR and lean out your fuel mixture with a V-AFC or similar device. I've heard that an FPR might help out with optimizing the atomization of the fuel combustion but it's really just speculation and not dyno proven as far as I've ever seen. An FPR would only be beneficial under your circumstances if your stock fuel delivery were defective and if that were the case, you've got bigger problems, my friend

Agree, don't waste your money on an FPR, you just don't need any more fuel at this point.
What rims are you buying?

No way man, Ebay!!!!
I got em' shipped from Japan as they dont make them in our lug pattern in this country in anything other than an 18", for $925 shipped with tires....
And actually, they're pretty trick, becuase since they came from Japan, they're Sprint Hart, instead of Racing Hart. Same wheel, they just make it in 17" in winning gold in our lug pattern in Japan.
Eventually I'll get some pics up if I ever get my digital camera back after the season.

Also the fpr isnt necessary with just bolt ons. Kabob probably said it best.

They did for a while make a cast wheel, but the stamping was still the same. It just so happens mine say "Full Program Forged Wheel" on the lip of all the rims. Honestly, I've never really payed any attention to whether they say CP-035 or CP-35, but as it stands right now, I'm too lazy to go down stairs to my car, but I'm almost positive they say CP-035.
If i think to look, I'll let you know.
