Just stuff in your office. Set up little still lifes with pens and staplers and stuff. You can make a really cool picture and improve your skills with anything.

$20,000 is nothing, really. You should see some of the 6 month contracts we've been looking at. Crazy. Of course it costs money to run everything, although we get most of it back from the government.
