They probably had to get another title made. As long as they priority mail that bish, you shouldnt have a problem!

That's one nice thing about Wisconsin - even if there is a lien on the vehicle, we still hold title, it just has a notice on the bottom pertaining to lien information.
He already tried to get them to expidite delivery of the title, but no success.
