It was kick ass. I haven't drank so much beer in a long time. Had my sister and brother in law, along with the nephews in town. Good time hanging and I even went fishing on Black Friday with my brother in law. I'll be going to SC for christmas so if anyone is near that area LMK and I'll be willing to travel and meet up. Jim knows I'll be up there already so if anyone else would like to join in, LMK.Doespike wrote:Oh delicious! Really tender with lots of dark meat, just the way I like emDave_B wrote:Sup Joe! I have heard. I was actually talking to a friend of my dad's who just got himself a 14 point buck about 2 weeks ago. I think I'm going to plan a trip with him soon. He goes to GA, OH and Pennsyltucky quite a few times a year to all of his hunting spots.Doespike wrote:ya know, Florida has some excellent turkey hunting

I'll see if he has any. It was his 2nd one in his life. What's funny though is the day before he got the 14'er he got a 10 point that weighed more than the 14. He's having the taxadermist get the age by the teeth. I guess that's a common procedure.Doespike wrote:14 pointer! Holy shit! Get pics from himDave_B wrote:I have heard. Yeah, that's the only reliable way to age them, by teeth wear. Usually by the time a deer is 10, it's teeth are worn to the gums and it'll starve to death. But 99.99% of deer won't live that long anyways...Dave_B wrote:I'll see if he has any. It was his 2nd one in his life. Ha, I wonder why? I'd only like to go hunting if I'm going to eat the animal. Fishing I can throw them back, but with hunting I want to make sure that it doesn't go to waste. I've got that dude making me some jerky!!!!! Hellz yeah!Doespike wrote:Yeah, that's the only reliable way to age them, by teeth wear. well......really just the tailights. The rest of the car looks great I think. Just peel the vinyl off and you'll be good to go. I wish he had pics of the cage though. you can't really see it at all in the pics.walker111 wrote:Yea, the engine compartment looks alright but the rest of the car isDave_B wrote:^^^ Not what I expected ^^^
