Hi all -

Just acquired a 2000 Type R to add to my fleet

I've owned VR4s the last 12 years (still have my 1997) so this is new to me. My Type R is of the shocking yellow variety and shall be seen running around Hwy 1 most likely.

Nice to meet y'all. Am I the only girl here?? (Hope so...

Yo. I'm on the peninsula, with a supercharged ITR of the yellow variety. If you want a good route to drive, try Page Mill -> Skyline -> Hwy 9 to Saratoga. I've been hitting that route recently with the local WRX I-club. People generally let us by.

I pretty much voided my chances of doing anything remotely involving Page Mill when I first moved out here last year. Was running that car with my VR4 like I was in the Monte Carlo W2C rally.

Been flying across 92, plus a few twisties up in the eastern hills lately. Any other suggestions on cop-friendly roads? Man, CA is like a totalitarian state - I was pulled over the other night in my daily driver because I turned a corner too tightly! (only car who actually turned into the correct lane, mind you, at the speed limit) Cop nearly wrecked his car trying to imitate me... pathetic... miss my cops back home - they were cool

Hi jtauxier...I just drove that route for the first time on Fri. nite with some local S2000s. A nice, fun route with twisties

...barely any cars late at night too.

sup guys i gotta 2000 civic si.....that this summer is going to have a B18C5 transplant and if i gotta little extra a JDM ITR front end conversion....i live in vacaville.....look at it half-way between sacremento and san fransisco.

Really? If I have time, I might come to treasure island and check it out. Glad it's finally not on a sunday because I work every sunday. Is there a specific place in treasure island that you guys meet? BTW: How many cars are expected to show up?

I got there kinda late. I guess everyone was gone by the time i arrived. Saw a two ITRs at Serramonte's Unocal 76. It was a black one and a yellow one. Kinda disappointed but all good. How was the turn out?

hi i got a 2001 black ITR (got it a month ago) and i live in pleasanton, which is near dublin and danville and like an hour away from san fran. There are too many coops here, they got nothing to do but give tickets; they even gave one to my mom! Anyways, there aren't that many exciting roads to drive around here and basically no local car clubs, so if any of you want to form one, just say so.
