Yeah, I am the one and only so far as for that other ITR dude he isn't in alaska so technically I am the only one in Alaska registered for itrca. Just thought I represent for the Alaska.kepani wrote:just gotta ask the question...any alaskan type-r owners?

Any Alaska Type Rzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I have the first R with an AK tag. My tag reads TYPE R, just as it should. I wanted SPD RCR, but it's on some Caddy. Right now my R is in my brothers garage in Seattle. It's going back to get repainted on some plastic parts that don't match, after a repair from a terrible vandalism. It's #30 of the first series 1997, and she's been all the way to Puerto Vallarta, and across Montana before there was a daytime speed limit. Yes, a legal 6:23 from Idaho to S.Dakota, and every second we did 130+ (where it was safe). I just got a CTR in Germany and it's phat. I like that 98 Octane, but $ 4.O0 a gallon means $50 to fill up. What's nice is leaving the service station 0 to 220K , as fast as you can get on..................Shawn

drdrmann - Kodiak, AK? That is the town where I moved away from. When I left, there were only a few Integras there. Who would have thought that there was an ITR on a small island in the middle of nowhere in Alaska. I see it says commercial fisherman in your bio. What boat are you on. I was born and raised in Kodiak for 24 years. I am now living in Utah as my wife joined the Air Force and this is where we are stationed. Kodiak, AK. Small world I guess.
Yoshi - I can't believe you forgot the user name of the most famous Alaskan to be on H-T. JP OWNZ JOO!

Yeah, I figured you'd be his brother because Mike kept telling everyone that his brother (you) had his old R and that it was modded up and was running like 13 at the track in utah. Also, I remember you talking about how you were going to bring your car back to alaska to race or something like that. By the way, you don't know me personally its just that I know of you and your brother from what other peeps tell me.

I really would like to come back to Alaska and race the ITR up there. The track up there is awsome, and I might actually be able to get into the 12's there on slicks. I am currently rebuilding the Type-R. Here is my setup:
B18C5 w/ RS Machine Sleeves
84mm Endyn Rollerwave Pistons (12.3:1 CR)
Crower Econo Rods
Endyn Headwork
Cometic Head Gasket
Jun Stage III Head Package
- Stage III Intake & Exhaust Cams
- JUN Cam Gears
- JUN Titanium Valve Spring Retainers
- JUN Dual Valve Springs
JUN Header
JUN Ultralightweight Flywheel
JDM ITR 98 Spec Final Drive (4.785)
Comptech Air Filter
JDM ITR 2.5" Catalytic Converter
A'PEXi N1 Catback Exhaust
Spoon Sports Throttlebody
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Hondata S200 w/ Datalogging
Volk Racing Black TE-37's 15x7
I am building the block right now. I still haven't chosen what injectors to use, but the car should be up and running with this setup in a month or so.
