ITR #32 wont start

ITR #32 wont start

This morning my car started fine and then in the afternoon is wouldnt start at all. I feel its the starter. I cleaned all the terminals checked the connections and charged the battery. When I turn the key it has full power and just makes a clicking noise. If any can help me confirm or send me in the right direction it would be appretiated.

sounds like the main relay. Is it one solid click and then nothing or repeated clicks?
