I only got it because it was a killer deal and I didn't have $500-600 for the Mugen.

Finally some one as bad as I am on cars. But I can top that...

The WRX is hurting and might go down for the count!

It's smoking really bad, plumes when blipping the gas and leaves a smoke trail while driving

I'll be calling a Subaru dealer monday to see what's up with this. I have a very good friend who will take care of the car there. The mods will be over looked

Man, that sucks.
Last time one of my cars was blowing mass amounts of crap out of the exaust it was the GTI's valve stem seals. Blech.

Although the work truck is now burning so much coolant it looks like an impromptu smoke show. lol.
We already have the new heads ready, now we just need to get it done....

It's still got plenty of grab, but shifting from 5th to 6th I got major grindage, then it wouldn't go into any gear. With the car off and the clutch pedal in it goes through the gears fine. It's actually still driveable, but I plan to get it fixed this week and hopefully throw an LSD in while the gearbox is out....

maybe its because EP3s don't have 6 gears

Haha, most of them don't.

I didn't find one, I will probably order one new. I really don't have the money for it right now, but since the gearbox has to come out anyhow, I'd rather do the 2 together than pull it out a second time. I was planning on doing a higher FD as well, but I'm going to have to skip that.
