!!!!Anyone here owns ITR #00-1351?

A buddy of mine just bought an 01 salvage FBP type r, and while i was inspecting it, i noticed that his badge was labled "00-1351". I check the list of 00 ITR's on honda-tech.com and the only info i found for this badge number was that it was stolen from NY. I will be picking up a PY shell later this week that is salvage from NY and was just wondering if someone can please tell me if R number 00-1351 was PY or FBP or any other info on this badge. If it isn't PY, ill be happy to return this badge to the rightful owner.... :thumbup:
