Factory fog lights not working

They are genuine Honda Parts, I just installed them word for word how the manual told me to and they are NOT WORKING. Anyone have any pointers or ran into the same problem?

Since you don't have the armrest console, one option is the JDM round fog light switch. It fits into the blank where the cruise control would be on other Integras. If Jim chimes in, he can post a link to a thread on how to adapt the JDM switch to the USDM kit.

I am debating between that or buying a ITR arm rest. Mine did not have the arm rest when I purchased it.
