It's simple...

The easiest/cheapest way to do it is challenge him to lap times at your local RR event.

How is that not straight up? Your car to his car?

Fine, make it even CHEAPER and go to an Auto-X course.

This sounds more like street racing to me, and unfotunately there are alot more cards out there, that will beat a Type R in a straight line.

The type R was built for road racing at the track, and that's where it excels.

See I think that the problem is that ITR was never invented for drag racing nor street racing ITR (unlike some cheap srt-4s or cobalts) was a strictly a track race car that was meant to be slightly-to-mid NA moded but if you really want to rock the streets then sure you can go ahead and get some forced induction (Erik B knows wats up). But as previously mentioned don't over react because of your loss but take him to a track and surprise him wat your stock car can do to his supped up stage 3 bla bla. You don't have to agree with me but thats just my own opinion.

Grow the fawk up.

Go to the track with him, show him how much better the caR is in all aspects of driving. You may even prove you're a better driver than he
