registering JDM ITR in texas ?'s

i have a couple questions about title's and registration for JDM cars
currently i have an 01 s2k and i'm thinking about trading for a RHD type R
located in wisconsin the previous owner had it registered and was used as a show car//

How do i get the integra registered once i bring it back to texas?
will it be legal?, because i plan on using the car as a daily driver
also will it be ok to drive back from wisconsin?

if you said the previous owner had it registered then all you have to do is transfer the title and pay your fees and that should be it.
