Why is there 2 So Cal areas, but no No Cal section??

Why is there 2 So Cal areas, but no No Cal section??

Theres one in Southwest regions and one in Catalina Islands regions, but there isnt a section for Nor Cal. :?:

i think they set it up so that this region covers norcal...

the catalina island region is specific to socal... :D
