Whats the most power you've seen from a boosted B18C5?

Post by S2000CRX »

I'm just curiouse what kind of numbers you've seen and where. A buddy of mine who is also my mechanic put down over 450 whp in a B18C5 powered 93 civic hatch. The kicker...stock block. No sleeves, no block guard, no nothing. He had pistons and head work obviously but nothing done to the block itself. He ran a best of 10.4 if I remember right. He's looking for 9s this year...and it's <sorta> street driven. So, anybody seen bigger numbers from a C5?
